Asaad is being pressed by rebel forces which explains why his military lost alot of groud within the past 3 years.Russia is in Syria to prop up the the Assad's regime by providing them with the weaponry used to counter whatever support the rebels are getting from Israel along with the United States of America..

Watching this unfold is like watching an action packed football game. Will Russia embarrass the United States by repelling the forces against Assad's military? How far will America go in trying to remove a side from power while at the same time fighting Russian forces who want to keep him in power.

Russia dont want it with us. We F'd up by not destroying Assad when we had the chance earlier when white america was saying "Its not our problem" now we got eye sis and white america is saying "WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING" and if we took care of assad when needed we wouldnt have to take in 100k refugees either.

Its now a Shiite verses Sunni cicvil war with both sides being supported by Shiite or Sunni states...

Assad is a despot, the rebels including ISIS are just as bad if not worse, so this isnt a case of good guys verses bad guys.......

you have Iran Americas traditional enemy supporting Assad while Saudi Arabia its ally supporting Isis and the rebels...



is Afghanistan in a better position after the billions spent and all the lives including Americans lost?

is Iraq which is now overrun with ISIS in a better position after the war with all the billions spent and lives lost?

I dont want America to get involved with Syria.On the contrary,what I believe is America should mind their own business and let the Arabs kill themselves. None the less, I do find it interesting that Russia is basically giving the middle finger to America's wishes to overthrow Assad.
