I'd agree with most of the European nations going under in 10 years based off proximity to hostile nations.

He was asking for this, I read a story every week that a Russian plane is too close to some other plane. Turkey wasn't having it and give him the reality check. The UK have just massively increased their defence budget for the first time like ever. It will now be bigger than any other country in europe and bigger in the years to come than russias. That is how dangerous things are and will continue to be ,and this massive increase has happened in a time of financial stress . They are pouring money into intelligence, the air force and navy in particular. Nothing compared to the US spending but still the UK will be the only european country that is fulfiling the NATO defence target.

On the russia/turkey incident, frankly both sides are c*nts. Russia has been pisstaking with their probing of nato countries air defences for a while even with nuclear bombers and it has got worse since putin took over. Iam not surprised something like this has happened,. Turkey on the other hand ,aren't innocents in all this either, they are funding ISIS, and I think took the excuse knowing full well they are a nato member to shoot down the russian plane to stop any kind of alliance between russia the US and france/ the UK etc etc,knowing full well we have their backs. It's like a little kid kicking a big kid in the balls and running behind another big kid and expecting that big kid to protect him. If World War 3 broke out things in the US would be even worse for us than they are now. We'd see heightened paranoia from all these gun carrying white people, probably a draft and rations of all kinds of shyt and guess who would be at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to rations? You think they're gonna give you or me some type O+ blood if you need it, when their "boys" are over their dying? And forget it if the war somehow made it to the US shores where Russia was able to bomb US cities. Even before that kind of scenario the dollar would collapse and the economy would go to shyt in a heartbeat, things can get worse

It has nothing to do with supporting America, it has everything to do with realizing that a World War would make a bad situation here in the US even worse.
