Russia is full of propaganda. Them murking their own ambassador (or running a staged execution in the middle of a high-profile public place in Turkey) in order to accomplish....what exactly?....is over into silliness level.
You're acting like the only options are "nothing is a conspiracy" or "everything is a conspiracy". Most of the Earth's events really happen because people just aren't that powerful as to dictate the entire path of all world events. There ARE conspiracies, but you have to be smart about it figuring out which they are. And the #1 thing is to identify when someone actually has a clear path to benefit, the ability to do it, and the ability to cover it up. When the clear path to benefit isn't there, or the cost-benefit isn't in line, it's dumb to even bring it up.
They're not going to war with Turkey, and Turkey doesn't have anything to do with the actions of an off-duty cop anyway.
They're already at war with Islamic extremists, and have never needed the slightest bit of additional motivation on that with something weird-ass like this.
This action does very little for Russia, and they could have accomplished the same thing 100x easier and more effectively by blowing up a market somewhere and claiming the Muslims did it.
There are conspiracies. There is propaganda. But you've gone off the deep end when you start attributing Black Helicopter conspiracies to every single world event.

, a victim who died later in the hospital despite having 9 shots unloaded into his back (not saying anything about no blood
