Who exactly is outraged? Obviously that was way over-the-top sexually for girls that young but in this age of 24 hour twerking videos and worshipping of Instagram strippers, how is it at all surprising?

Incidentally, when I was in high school we had a talent show and something very similar to this routine happened. These girls had a 'dance routine' that was really more of a strip show and there were parents and everything in the audience. At that time though everything wasn't instantly put on Youtube/Vine etc so it didn't get any kind of widespread coverage.
