What does the tweet mean?
The plane is basically an information sponge. It’s flight path potentially allowed it to “soak up” an area that’s been discussed as a big potential priority for Ukraine, but it could also be the opposite. It could be a warning, it could also mean to grab attention. It could also be observing/confirming news of something no one has heard yet.
