With regards to the Senate, yeah for the most part. But I'm also speculating on what it would take to get 60 or 67 votes in the Senate. The Senate Bill from 2023 made stipulations on the Senate threshold to leave NATO. That's why I mentioned 10 Republican senators who are highly unlikely to vote in favor of that bill.
