If Austin and Michaels are still working, what makes you think Russo has enough to not work? WCW folded over 15 years ago and I think he was booted before the company even closed. And he was only getting 100k a year in TNA (source)

Bra and panties matches was basically low hanging fruit for drawing in more of the male demographic. It was the 90s where society was really starting to embrace raunchy/edgy things
I'd would have rather had that than the garbage matches kelly kelly and the rest of them chicks were putting on back during the late 00s.
I think they didn't need bra and panties matches back in 02/03 tho. There was enough talent between trish, lita, jazz, ivory, molly holly, etc where they could have made something legit happen.
