If Mitch pushes this one through, the Dems must increase the justice count to 11...
And they would still be the minority 6-5 . If this goes through they would have to increase count and impeach Kavanaugh as well for lying in his confirmation hearing. But I really don’t see all that happening.

There goes women’s rights with this next pick :heh:

Probably going to go after Brown Board and “get these nigras back into their place“ :snoop:

There goes the ACA also, say goodbye to pre existing conditions as we know it. :snoop:
RIP Roe vs Wade, Brown vs the Board Of Education, Plessy Vs. Ferguson etc.

I know it's pretty much pointless but the Democrats need to find a way to raise hell considering what bytch McConnell and the GOP did to Barack during the last election cycle. The Rethugs ain't playing fair so you gotta fight dirty.

And RIP Justice Ginsburg.
They need to fight at this po I nt

Not joking

Im asking a question nikka...If Ruth dying is bigger than the election like many said here then The fukk is the point in putting Biden in there if he can't do 1/3 of what he promising?
Because nikka, who you think is going to make laws if he doesn't win?
