yeah because black people are worried about the supreme court putting us in chains. how about just not wanting justices that say shyt like this: Justice Scalia called the Voting Rights Act a “perpetuation of racial entitlement”The supreme court rules according to the climate of the day...I dont believe any judge that is appointed by Trump is going to turn back the hands of time and put black people back in chains or reverse abortion or revoke civil rights legislation like some black folk believe..Affirmative action benefits more white women than black people in general so I dont give a fukk about that angle either...Plenty examples throughout American history in which conservative leaning courts vote to uphold liberal type policies...So to answer your question the courts arent really of concern to me..And besides I believe Trump would appoint someone more left than you think because at his core he is center left in his beliefs and I believe he would do it to fukk with the Republican establishment who he is currently at war with...He is the perfect candidate to literally burn this system down and resurrect something new..Now all we need is someone equivalent to Trump to take down the democratic party and just maybe we can start to see the beginnings of viable third parties arise
i'd rather be debating whether or not RBG is sufficiently down for the cause as opposed to whether or not a scalia even thinks you have a cause.

To many high powered congressional members hate Trump on both sides and would never approve a budget he proposes much less a DOJ appointment..hell I doubt the Senate would even confirm a supreme court justice he appoints..Trump would be known as the gridlocked president which is what the system needs in order to bottom out...hillary been in DC for 50 years she has the political connections on both sides and media behind her to do whatever she pleases
she may not agree with my man kaep, but she's voted on the side of things that black people would care about more times than not. a lot of old people you might have thought would be cool with kaep's approach because of their history turned out not to be like jim brown for example. reaction to kaep's approach from certain people is less racial and more generational.

RBG just voted that way to lay the groundwork for gay and womens rights issues, not really out of moral conviction. And Trump ain't appointing no Scalia's, I believe hed appoint someone more inline with Roberts which wouldn't get approved by a Republican controlled Senate who hate his guts anyway
His health care and tax plans are what the GOP wants they aren't gonna be gridlocked there. If they have control over both houses they have a good chance of being passed. The only reason they're distancing themselves from him right now is because he insulted white woman. They agree with everything he's proposing bar trade deals. Plus you've said nothing about him having control over the DOJ.
His DOJ appointment would have to be confirmed by the senate and any budgetary proposals for the DOJ to enact any executive orders has to be approved by the house since they have the power of the purse..hes burnt to many bridges in the GOP.. I'm sure most would rather see him as a 1 term president and vote against most of his major proposals..all of the democrats will vote against him and at Least half of republicans..its a perfect storm for #GridLockedSet

GOP ain't crawling back to trump, most have there sites set on Pence or Rubio making a run in 2020 and most will be up for reelection which means they will oppose Trump on optics alone, especially as more shyt leaks..im sure the DNC and CNN has years worth of rotten material on Trump that ain't gonna go away..and Obama is a likable guy and does a good job of shielding what's really going on in DC....4 more years of gridlock with Trump as the face of America will be enough to tank the economy again and a 3rd party will arise.
So you're supporting Trump so the economy will crash? Makes no sense, the economy's gonna crash eventually anyway because the banks are still doing the same bs and are bigger than ever.
But the economy crashing with Trump as the face is better for a ground up revolution..if the economy crashes under Clinton I'm convinced people would just blame Bush and give her a pass
