That was Ruthless Records money, not Eric Wright money. Once a business is established as more then a sole propriotership you can't really dip into company funds. That's embezzlement. His personal money might have been tied up in law suits against Ruthless he was named in, child support, mortgage etc. Rich people take hits all the time. It doesn't mean their poor, just can't access the money their business has without selling their share. Why do that when you know you can take the hit for a year and come back stronger.
