Obviously the DRC has been begging the US to get involved using the critical minerals as leverage and now Trump has incentive to take them up on it. From Rwanda's vantage, they have no leverage and will get fukked unless they have some sort of leverage with Trump and this is their way of doing that. again I'm not looking at this situation as a race thing, I'm viewing more along the terms of nationality and someone trying to protect own their national interest
