How do Africans view Black Americans? I know a lot of brehs have taken trips to Rwanda, Ghana, Nigeria, etc.

Yeah man I got family that does business out there and they tell me how shocking it is how clean it is out there. He said every week all the people feel it’s their civic duty to sweep the streets and roads. They take pride in that. I think the backdrop of the civil war reminds people of what they don’t want to go back to.

Congo is such a resource hub for the rest of the world, it'll take a lot to pry it away from the hands of the greedy and those who pillage Africa for its resources.

I’m not exactly sure how authentic my experience is since I stayed in the capital (Kigali) but I was really impressed by how developed the city is. The roads were different from any African country I’ve been to, the skyline was beautiful with some amazing highrises, the city is completely green and just boasting with socio-economic development. it’s becoming a tech hub too.

I did notice though that the city had a lot of cacs and Asians, more than I was accustomed to seeing in East Africa.

Carnegie Mellon has a campus there
