I think he needs to chill with the hot takes and stick to analysis which he excels at. Or at least frame his shyt better so it isn't intentionally misconstrued by that crowd. Also, understand he can't talk to certain people like he does with Dan, Stephen A, Swagu and Mina.

The fact he's getting 100x more heat from crackers for this little incident than RG3 did with the Angel Reese stuff is proof it's race related. Cacs to me are 100x threatened by intelligent, articulate and socially aware guys like Ryan than the usual caricatures like Paul Pierce, Shannon or Perk.

It's clear he has a target on his back though.
The target is due to his own doing.

He needs to chill with making things personal as that's exactly what he did with the RG3 situation and ended up causing his own daughter to catch a stray in the process.

That's his biggest issue more than anything. He takes it personal when it doesn't need to be and then has to come back and apologize because of it.

That beef with Schrager should have ended the moment that the segment ended and not carried over off air like all the other segments that get intense.

It did end when that segment ended. He apologized because of ESPN obviously. The RG3 thing he was in the right - he just said what everyone else was thinking. He just shouldn’t have said it. I think you personally have something against him because you’re overstating his “issues.”

You are right about them being far more comfortable with caricatures. But even a broke clock is right twice a day. :mjpls::whoa:

I’m sorry but they got this one. He’s annoying af. A room full of men talking sports, no one should be reverting to some ‘what you not gon do’, after HE was the one that violated by making it personal. It’s like arguing with your girl, she say some dumb shyt, then you raise your voice and now she telling you ‘dont raise your voice tho :umad:

From their perspective, Schrager has to back off bc if he doesn’t the ‘woke mob’ will get on him. And they aren’t exactly wrong in this case :hubie:

It obviously didn't because he admitted it carried off air hence his acknowledging and apologizing for it . Did you bother reading his apology?

He was right about the RG3 thing. The problem was that bringing RG3's wife into the mix caused his daughter and her mother whose white catch a stray in the process as that was the first thing people brought up.

He literally apologized to his daughter and family because of it.

As we've seen a lot of these nikkaz that played in the league ain't no better than Coli brehs when it comes to hot takes an analysis. :francis:

It's wild, I expect ex players to craft their analysis so the general public can understand not say the same goofy shyt the general public would say

Football is way to complicated of a sport for somebody who played it to try and articulate it to people who haven't.

Ryan Clark start breaking down coverages he sees as a safety and different types of audibles 90% of the people are going to change the channel cause they have no idea what the fukk he talking about.

Get him outta here. He is smart, he knows his shyt, he is articulate, but he is emotional af with center of attention feminine traits and it is a bad representation of black men.
I think him being conscious that he's a rep for black men is what causes him to do this shyt.
RC behavior in this calendar year will be studied in the history books as a guide for how to tank your media career because you decided to be an attention whore
Clark delivers his poibts like he's auditioning for his next job instead of the one he has. I don't think Roland Martin is retiring anytime soon.

It's complicated because ESPN wants people to go viral but not for shyt like this.
