He's a good actor.. I'd like to see him in a heavy dialog flim, maybe a Woody Allen film or something of that nature Alot of his roles consist of him being real cool, calm and collected. I think the bad script and lines hurt him in 'Gangster Squad', I think they wanted the robotic/'Shane' type he does in 'Drive', and it is a cheap ploy, but it may have worked had the writing not been so awful, I say that having not seen the movie, only the trailer.
