No he got played, and the legal system helped the piece of shyt who played him to do it.

And it wasn't that he couldn't pay it. Its that he refused to pay it when the laptop was returned wiped clean. The entire reason for the reward was because of the intellectual property on the lap top. But its likely the guy that originally stole it wiped it clean and then returned it for the for reward. Him filing bankruptcy was in attempts to avoid paying the scammer, but whoever the judge on the case is was like.....
