Yeah sumbody explain that shyt, this is america and they allowing even foreigners from Germany to get over on american young black males.:mjpls:?

And there shouldn't be a need to get the specefic, anybody with common sense knows what he meant....and the courts have leeway to understant the context which the reward is offered....if I offer a reward for the return of a pitbull,if sumbody bring me a random pitbull from the pound they can't say "where's my reward,u didn't specefically say to bring back YOUR pitbull:umad:"...context has to be taken into consideration.....only dispute I could see is if there's no way to tell if the laptop actually did have music on it or not,but if dude admits he wiped the computer?the system ain't shyt
:russ: shyt sound like a kevin hart joke

they fukkin over dude tho

Judge is an azzhole. If I remember correctly, Ryan Leslie didn't just say, "yo I'd give $1 million to anyone who found my laptop"....he prefaced it by saying what was on his laptop was extremely valuable. A wiped hard drive isn't valuable :beli:

If I was some corporate exec and I paid someone to recover a flash drive that had some extremely sensitive data on there, how retarded would that nikka look bringing me back a flash drive that was wiped clean :beli:

the music wasn't on the machine huh...and he would never claim the drive was empty (or wipe it himself) to get out of paying up...:usure:

it would be fairly easy for a forensic computer analyst to check the drive and recover the data...or see if it was swapped out or intentionally erased. either way i agree it was implied the music was the valuable data, not just the laptop itself. but i wonder if he ever responded to the lawsuit? that seems like a default judgement for the milli. i'm guessing he blew the guy off and figured nothing would happen and the judge laid the smackdown.

I got a tablet with beats I made with an app. I feel I got a few beats on there that could either chart on billboard or be used as theme songs for tv programs.

If I lose this tablet, u damn right I feel the heats are worth at least 1 mil
