He'll be on a short leash though. They just said on sports radio that he got professional help :yeshrug:

Yeah they suck, but jimmy Clausen has sucked since he first got in the NFL, mallet is ass with a attitude

Black qbs sonr get that chance

Josh Freeman has a better resume and is out of the nfl

Josh Freeman signed with the Dolphins this year, then was released and like 2 weeks later he signed with an FXFL team. I don't know what's in his contract but I'm sure there is some type of penalty for opting out. If he had waited for Joe Flacco to get injured for half this season and half of next season I bet he would have gotten calls. Clausen was a free agent because his team didn't want him. Geno and Manuel are still on a team because they're viable back-ups and worth something if Fitz/Tyrod get hurt. The worst of the worst sit in free agency (Clausen, Weeden, Cassell & Mallett) and they're the ones who benefit from deals when teams like the Ravens get desperate.

NFL has been majority black for years nothing has changed

You're right.. and racism has probably been a huge part as to why, but as a whole (recently), America is pushing to make sure there is equality in hiring. Mike Tomlin is also a huge part in why black coaches should become more prevalent in the NFL in the near future.

You realize that that's going to change significantly over the next few decades right? Now that the overwhelming majority of the NFL is African-American, there is going to be an extreme increase in African-American head coaches as players retire and move on to other careers.
As long as most of the owners are white, there wont be a dramatic increase in Black people in management and coaching positions.

fukk Tomlin:camby:

But real talk Mallet will prolly never see the field. Clausen didn't play that bad Sunday considering what he was up against. As far as black QBs go Ive never seen someone get shafted the way they did Vince Young

Josh Freeman went from 4000 passing yards 27 tds 17 ints in 2012 to now playing for the Brooklyn bolts :dahell:

Y'all seriously pretending that stint with the Vikings never happened? He was given another chance and was awful.
