Geno wasn't given a fair shot in the sense that he didn't have the talent around him. However, going into his 3rd year they were giving him the job and he finally had a squad around him. He just got his jaw broke

Kaep is a better comparison. They were quick to move on from him.

why nobody on them major networks (ESPN, NFL Network, etc) calls for Ryan Tannehill's job, i barely hear anyone mention anything, if this was Geno Smith, Kaep, when Geno wasn't even a fair chance they was ready to crucify him, but Ryan Tannehill gets all kind of chances
