They said they planned on elevating that belt because it was a convenient excuse to put it on Bryan so they could keep him out of the main event. Same as with the United States title and wanting to elevate it so cena goes over another new guy. A year later those titles are jerking the curtain again and on the pre show with one having 3 different people hold it in a 48 hour span. I hate this company so much.Loses the belt on Raw.... To Miz.
The smart thing would of had Zayn win it and have him and KO have a memorable feud over the belt. Instead they don't wanna elevate their talent and make a belt feel relevant, like they were trying to do a year ago.

Ryder was a jobber for a decade. Lot of guys on the roster are in a similar predicament, frustrated, disappointed with their job. This is the WWE's way to improve workplace morale, cause one day you might just get that "wrasslemania moment" 
Cesaro needs to be IC champ. A dominant champ who defends the title.

Ryder will never get that belt back, he will lose his rematch and be back in NXT if he is lucky . Miz and Maryse and going to be on total divas next year so look for Miz to have the belt till the summer at least til Swagsuke kills him.
