faster, better gfx, better integration of outside features (psn app, twitch/ustream,, etc) mor accessibility while in game(no longer have to quit a game when you need do something in xmb), browser is better, pstore is better, multitasking is great.

remote play is simple and works really well. I am happy with my purchase.

Oh yea, ps4 is very quiet unlike my old 60gb ps3.
