Off topic a bit but I'll never understand how Deadly Venoms had 2 shelved albums? I heard the leaks and they had potential.
This video is said to have been made in the year 2000 and I cant help but picture this song being popular on 106 and park. Like how could u shelve this? This has a 106 and Park top 10 hit vibe written all over it.

Part of it was bad timing. Antidote was for A&M but they were a casualty of that label being absorbed into Geffen and similarly I think they got lost in a Universal/Dreamworks reshuffle on the second album.
