Can't be mad at this. GZA is one of the most gifted lyricists ever, if anything, he suffers from winning the game too quick. He's been doing sidequests for decades. If not, he'd probably still be making incredible music. He'd fit right in with some of the current underground production. A motivated GZA over some Conductor or Roc Marciano:wow::wow::wow::wow::wow:

GZA or Mef need to do a whole album with Conductor. Method Man especially.

I don't think GZA ever had a wack line.

Nah, I think Gza actually has an underrated catalog. Except for his true debut, he's never dropped a half assed album.

Beneath the Surface
Legend of the Liquid Sword
Grandmasters
Pro-Tools

Were all high quality, and Pro-Tools has a track that legit shut 50, who was hot at the time and itching to battle Wu for staircase related reasons, and the Unit the fukk up.

It's just that Liquid Swords is SUCH a fine piece of art that of course it's the first thing we all think of. I'd put LS up against Thriller without batting an eye. What Rza, Gza and the Clan did on there is something else.

Don't get me wrong, GZA is my G.O.A.T. but you trying to tell me "Paper Plates" had Curtis Jackson stressing?? :what: :pachaha:
