why would someone pay 5 mill when u can get it for free when it leaks after its "sold"?
and this y'all.. is exactly why they ain't selling itThe original article said:
But I don't know if that's the author of the article voicing his opinion or him relaying what Rza said they'd do.
Regardless, I ain't paying $50 to listen to this once, or paying $40 to go look at a box with a W on it. They need to get the fukk outta here with that shyt. Hell, I ain't even paying $10 for it without at least hearing snippets.

not to blame you, cause i doubt i'd do any of it... most of us would just wait for a link to pop up and download it
and what rza is saying is "fukk you and fukk that" they gonna give you an album that you can download or buy... normal ass wu-tang album
but if you want that exclusive, all members of the clan, exclusive features, never before heard shyt, double cd... then well, lets see who's a real fan. will you pay to come to the art show and hear it?? are you a fan who will come and listen and know it'll be great, because you love wu-tang.. do you want a copy of something, you could say is priceless.. i mean what would you charge if you found a completely unreleased 2pac double cd??
they're trying to break the mold. a cd comes out.. .it's 9.99 no matter who made it and who's on it.. it goes through the same ads and marketing plan as the last 2304832094 cds that came out.. and does the same weak numbers
nah a wu-tang release should hold more weight than the newest YG album.. it's different art... it's different quality... it's not the same, cookie cutter, music as the next... two paintings won't ever sell at the same price, unless you buying them at walmart..
i don't know if i agree with the dumb high price.. i know i don't.. but if people are buying whorhal's for millions, who's to say wu-tang's art is worth any less
i get what you're saying there... i think that's why they are doing the tour.. but they can't do it normal style because people with cell phones are up in there. you try and drop one song, and it's out already.. it's not a painting that can't be recreated or played somewhere else..You're saying all this having heard none of it though. You get my point? I'm expected to spend $50 to even get into the museum or where ever to hear it? They need to get the fukk outta here with that shyt man. I been into rap since the 80's....I copped enough wack shyt, because back then you had no way of knowing until you copped it. I'm done with that. I need a sample of what I'm paying for. I don't care if it's $50, or $10. I'm not saying this album is wack, it might be incredible, but the dudes that worked on it ain't the best judges of that. You feel me?
And for the record I cop shyt. I don't just download everything and keep it. I heard the Gibbs singles, EPs, etc. so I copped them. I downloaded the album, liked it, so I copped it. I'm leery of anybody saying "nah, you can't know anything about what you're paying for", be it a movie, video game, album, whatever.
Fred.
To own it. Anyone can go buy a print or perfect painted recreation of the Mona Lisa but that doesn't mean the original isn't worth hundreds of millions of dollars. It's also likely that the album will gain value as time goes on. Even if it gets copied digitally there will only be one of these.why would someone pay 5 mill when u can get it for free when it leaks after its "sold"?
May get some company to cop it for upwards of 5mil and put it out free through a spyware app like Jay did with samsung

after that, even if there still is technology available that actually still uses disks, you won't be able to listen to it. So it really isn't like a statue or painting, that with the right care can last many centuries longer than thatWould Bone Thugs be able to pull this off?
