the shooting happens within the first 10 secs, cop walks over casually flips the body hand cuffs it, black cops appears from the background, white cop goes picks up taser and drops it back next to the body

Yup. I've argued with friends about that shyt. They would ask well why would we have any reason not to believe the cops as if they wouldn't immediately be in cover your ass mode when they do some dirt.

Hate to say this, but in the FIRST few seconds, you can see the taser being pulled off the cops belt. It might be from the scuffle, but its hard to know if the guy was really reaching for it.
