Hate to say this, but in the FIRST few seconds, you can see the taser being pulled off the cops belt. It might be from the scuffle, but its hard to know if the guy was really reaching for it.

The man was 5 feet away and clearly not in possession of any weapon when the devil began firing. How can you reasonably think that a man running away from you even with a taser, possesses enough of a threat to execute him? This was a clear cut supremacist in the deep south looking for an opportunity to murder a black man.

According to an incident report, officers heard Slager say over the radio that he had deployed his Taser and "seconds later" he said "Shots fired and the subject is down. He took my Taser."

A taser is not like a gun, It cannot be fired multiple times. It has to be reloaded after each deployment. At no point did the victim have control of the taser. he basically knocked it out of his hand... And even if he had gained control it was still inoperable.

Though I'm not optimistic (Eric Gardner for example) if he found guilty, you will have some cops having second thoughts. Not all but some.

1. 5 feet isn't far. So lets just cut that shyt out. Right now.

2. There was a clear tussle before the shooting which we need to have clarified.

3. The shooting was unjustified regardless of what led up to the incident.

I can say the first two things, without you thinking I'm not ever saying the third thing.
