A taser is not like a gun, It cannot be fired multiple times. It has to be reloaded after each deployment. At no point did the victim have control of the taser. he basically knocked it out of his hand... And even if he had gained control it was still inoperable.

I heard that the guy had taser leads hanging from behind him. You can't clearly tell if it had been deployed or not

The cop who saw him plant the evidence and lied about it in their report was a black woman? Really? And people wonder why most black cops are looked at as Uncle Toms, House Negros, sellouts, etc. Why a black person would want to enforce law in a country that hates them is bizarre to me.
