So Ferguson is when the current level of police brutality started becoming overwhelming. even had the Attorney General Eric Holder[1] go there to see what was going on. now lately we've been hearing that certain police departments are beginning to receive tech, weapons and resources which makes them(those police officers) look like military members rather than upholders of the law and servers of the people. case in point, http://www.nytimes.com/2014/06/09/us/war-gear-flows-to-police-departments.html?_r=0

What if this is all being allowed so that once enough lawsuits are filed against departs like Ferguson[2] (and they go bankrupt requiring federal aid or help), and public outcry reaches a tipping point they begin to federalize police agencies? shyt would be dumb easy to enforce martial law if that shyt happen.
