My solution is that those who are in poverty should get it together or eventually go to prison where they can at least be forced to work and make something useful since they themselves are sub society. Jayzee and Kanye got it together while they people Mos Def is talking about are either criminals are family members of criminals. I don't want to control them. They allow the government to control them through handouts anyway.
