It jumped up because the USA government is pumping money into it. They are doing more damage than good right now, because the Dow Jones dropped 3,000 points the other day after the Fed cut the interest rate to almost zero. So it was the Fed that created the panic.

But the longer this global pandemic continues the stock market will drop again. Unless they get in under control asap. You think it will fall further?

If Boeing takes a bailout, there is a possibility that your entire investment gets wiped out. For companies thinking about bailout money, the best move you can make is to wait and see.

GM took the TARP bailout and the shareholders lost everything. They then re-organized and re-IPO'd. The lay person gets robbed in these situations. Don't be one of them. Be patient.

Today was very odd the Dow was up higher but a lot of stocks were stagnant in their prices . I’m waiting until market open tomorrow to see but I see another drop IMO

All this and we havent even seen the abysmal earnings from quarter 1 and havent even felt the effects of all the closures that have taken place.
