I've been seeing these type dress code signs since I started clubbing and going out to bars since 2004-2005. shyt has never been discreet and when you see that ish on any establishment, you already know what time it is.

this always happens at the bars in JAX Beach.... I went to a bar with my homie that's got dreads and when we got to the door, they said we couldn't get in because "its casual dress after 5"...I look in the bar and se NOBODY dressed casual, then the bouncer lets 5 white boys in wearing tank tops and sandals, then the cop told us to leave like it was a problem....
