no, this is just a default logo that is submitted at first without the colors. They will add colors later

Seems like they're taking after the Warriors and updating their classic logo, it looks nice. Every jersey they've had since the Webber era has been bad so the change is good.

A lion logo like that is a very common design but I couldn't find an exact one for the Premier League.
