this offseason would have been a dope year for expansion .. considering teams trying to offload because of the 2nd apron..

I know doesn't have much to do with the kings.. but they could retool quickly
Idk how u watch how bad the east is and want expansion. If anything nba should have an amnesty clause

All the Mitchell, Doncic stuff is cool. We have no clue if they would've wanted to be there, that's why the biggest for me is drafting a guy that looks like the guy and actually wants to be in Sacramento

Most people don't want to be there and never have, Haliburton did. And they traded him when he was outshining Fox so they could build around Fox. You look at OKC, Indy, Orlando even and think if this or that happens and things go good...nah some teams just aren't ever going to be shyt. It's reality

they traded him because the pairing didn't work and something had to give and they found a big man they needed who at the time was a better player. They ended their playoff drought. As far as I'm concerned they got what they wanted AND if Sacramento is as incompetent as y'all say they are, he'd be viewed as empty calories on a bad team. Indiana knew their big man pairing didn't work the way they wanted to and made a change. They flipped Brogdon instead of thinking they can have everyone (only for Brogdon to win 6MOY in Boston-- and they got Nesmith outta that)

The basketball community woulda either kept Fox and Haliburton together because they'd be too scared to make the wrong decision and basketball fans think any Ivan make basket ass big man will suffice. That or they woulda traded Fox for a bag of quarters. Well, Sacramento did worse; they traded him for Zach LaVine. In the end, cherish lighting that beam, cuz that season is better than nothing.

side note: DeAaron Fox is running into that situation again in San Antonio where he's the odd man out. Who really wants De'Aaron Fox?
Yeah I'm not even trying to shyt on Fox, he's a good player... but he's not a great facilitator as a PG, he can't shoot threes well and doesn't play great defense(this is mitigated a bunch by Wemby, to be fair).

Are they really gonna give him $250M?
