I'm glad he was charged too. I just don't agree with rape being the charge. Should be charged with something, it just opens up bigger problems that I mentioned.

Similar to the "Gift givers" maybe they should develop a special law for it.

If he is proven to have an STD he should be charged with a felony. But if he has no STD then he should be charged with a misdemeanor assault or something like that. Something more appropriate for the situation and maybe do mandatory counseling on the 1st offense. Upgrade to a felony on the 3rd.

Also this system could be more credible if we document how many times a Woman reports a rape. If record shows she's reporting 10 rapes each year and doesn't live in a crime riddled area with huge amounts of gang members or thugs then we know something is up.
