Well..
My conjecture to the first part of his question is most people who commit crimes or those who are in the street life don't want to go to jail under no circumstances! Doesn't matter if said person committed a crime or not.
As to the second part of the question..
Assuming the person did the crime, yes, still free them. No criminal wants to get caught and no person wants to go to jail whether they did a crime or not.
Regarding the last part of the question..
I don't believe a person who committed a crime against someone is concerned about their victim.
IMO based on what has been discussed online from street individuals, a person who is a victim whether they are in the streets or not isn't supposed to seek justice though the justice system. It is expected that a civilian follow normal protocol and seek assistance from law enforcement and the justice system, but that doesn't mean it is accepted and respected.
According to the mindset of street indidividual(s), any and all victims (Black men in particular) are supposed to administer their own brand of justice meaning handle their business and seek street justice aka "putting in work" against their assailants, if they dare to do so, which would ultimately make them a criminal within their own right and said victim will have to adhere to the universal street code like their assailants.
No telling, no snitching and no cooperation with law enforcement nor any part of the justice under any circumstances!!
The aforementioned is primarily for ALL Black men whether street or civilian. Street dudes say that street rules are for street folks, but I say that's bullshyt!
If you are a Black man regardless of your status in society, street Black men will hold you to the same rules they allegedly follow. If I am lying, then try telling on a street dude and testifying against one of them and see if any of them or their sympathizers won't put the snitch/taddle teller jacket on you.
Also, if you are a civilian and is a vicitim, then you better not ever commit any crimes
for the rest of your natural life because once it is learned through paperwork that you testified against any street person and paperwork is presented whether in jail, prison or online via social media like Clubhouse for instance, then you will be labled and treated as a

, snitch cooperant.
