That's what I'm saying, most causal rap and R&B fans don't even know who dude is. What songs do people know of his other the ones Drake are on?
Seems like he has a nice lil niche, and has a small cult following.... But I don't think he has "it"
I could see the potential in Weeknd with HOB, and Tiller with TrapSoul but not with PND, but I'm sure he can stick around a few more years being Drake's muse

He also produces and mixes his own music which Abel and Tiller don't. And how does Tiller have it but Party doesn't when Tiller is a PND clone.. His biggest song uses a beat that he found on soundclick titled PartyNextDoor type beat.

Oh I know he produces and I fukks with his production. I also know he writes for Drake so that cool, but his shyt is just okay. I don't listen to enough PND to say Tiller is a clone, but I know I enjoyed TrapSoul more than any PND project and I've given them several tries.... But like you said, I think being with Drake holds him back and/or he is probably given his best songs to Drake.
I know he supposed to be dropping a tape with TM88 soon so I'm interested to see where he goes from there
True, I can't distinguish between dudes who hate his work or dudes who think he's fallen off. He's really only had three official releases this year and two of them are among his best songs (Kehlani's freestyle and Wed.Night interlude).. Party at 8 is pretty good too but it isn't his best work. Not to mention the fact that he gave Drake four songs for his mixtape. Dude didn't have a release this year so I don't get what the deal is.. Let him drop his album first before we decide he's fallen off.
