The solution it to approach them with shyt like that, despite how ridiculous it sounds, so that they will never make an attempt to do anything like that to the general population. It is true that technology and outsourcing jobs means that less human labor is needed, and the unemployment rate will never go down until we either become a producer nation again like Japan or Germany, or we start to balance out the income disparity for the general population.
