I pretty sure Pats and Brady would have played it differently instead of throwing it up on first down. Payton didn't kill the game after the INT point blank.
Why wouldn't they have? The circumstances were exactly the same, only the Pats had a timeout in their pocket instead of not. I'm not the biggest Payton fan, but he did everything right, EXCEPT for making them use that last timeout. Throwing that pass, and the resulting incompletion directly cost them the game.

Also, I'm so tired of seeing Rob Ryan on my TV. Seriously, enough is enough already.

That's not Payton M.O. He always goes for the win. That wasn't his style running straight a head to the heart of line. Also, I believe the Pats wouldn't thew it up if they knew they have a TO. They would be no huddle like the last drive.

Also, Why you hating Rob Ryan, he deserve his props from turning a shytty defense to respectable :stopitslime:

My fist was clenched over the outcome of this game, and I am not even a Saints FAN like that. Watching it sober was a bad idea. Forget the spying ass Patriots!

That would make sense, if Brady's INT wasn't the very first play after the kickoff. And his M.O. should be winning games. All he had to do was make them burn their last timeout, and he woulda won the game. I bet in hindsight he wishes he had.

And I wasn't hating on his coaching (more on the fact that these idiots always have to show his dumb ass on the sideline), but since you brought it up, the "Rob Ryan Effect" is a joke. He isn't magically making the players play better. Your DLine is beasting, and that's the reason the defense is playing better. Amazing what happens when you can get pressure without having to blitz every down. He had "better" personnel in Dallas, but they couldn't stop a nosebleed. Now all of a sudden he's back to being a genius? Nah, how bout the players get that credit.
