condos are riddled with monthly fees and shyt... I been managing a complex of condos for 3 years... shyt aint worth the fees every month
stick to homes... HOA fees ain't nearly as bad

we pay $250 a month on each 2 bed condo and $190 a month on each 1 bed condo

we pay almost 8k a month just in condo fees, plus if something gotta be replaced they raise the condo fees to get paid for that too

My HOA fees are $300 a year

Those views on the 24th floor..the location.it's like the ultimate bachelor pad ...you right though..I need to be practical....it's not even the principal you got to worry about every month, it's EVERYTHING else
