Superman is extremely powerful, but Saitama's superpower is literally being invincible and strong enough to beat anybody with One Punch. Dude is literally beyond the concept of having a power level.
Honestly Saitama is the type of character that doesn't belong in a vs. thread. You're putting a character whose power, literally speaking, is to win any vs. match...into a vs. match.

If anything that video downplayed Saitama's endurance. He's never actually shown physical signs of damage and has tanked city buster level attacks.
Saitama's whole gimmick is to being stronger than everyone. Until that changes, he doesn't really have an superior, Superman might be an equal perhaps tho as they don't have limits. Its a matter of if Saitama is clearly above Goku or not because Goku does have limits. If Goku can reach Saitama's level, then so can any unlimited character, hence Goku being the bar.
Superman is a God, he basically has no limits. Kryptonite doesn't even kill him shyt just incapacitates him. You can even see the flaw in Saitama if superman was really trying to kill him take him somewhere in outer space and leave him their because he can't breathe. Superman is just OP, but he was just made that way. He is the flagship Superhero who has infinite power, but tries to be human. Superman's power level has no limit.
Superman can still be hurt by Kryptonite (and yes, it does hurt him), magic, and people who are just powerful enough to hurt him (such as Darkseid and Doomsday).
Saitama has no limit, no weaknesses, and has never been hurt by anybody. Ever. He wins. I mean his superpower is literally to win all the time regardless of his opponent. The concept of his character precludes him from losing.
