never was a fan of 4,3,2,1...never cared for the beat and I only liked Father because of the classic George Michael joint. One of the worst albums by a legend along with Ice Cube's Peace album. Yeah Cube and LL have went on to make some more duds but that has been recently and I don't expect much from niccas who are so far in Hollyweird.

you never cared for 4,3,2,1? man, i use to freestyle and write so many rhymes to that beat, lol

but otherwise, i agree. both ll and cube are in my top 5 and while they ain't got what it takes to really put out a great album anymore, i always have the classic ones to go back and listen too :blessed:

yeah I'm like the only cat on earth who doesn't care for the beat...but E Double has always been hit or miss with me since he first left EPMD.

LL and Cube have made so many classic sh1t that we can all go back to no doubt.

but u know what about mutlis and rhyme schemes and all that ?

yeah, but my bread and butter has always been r&b and soul music. of course like anyone who has an interest in music i grew up enjoyin' and listenin' to all kinds of genres of music like hip hop, rock, jazz, country, blues, etc. though

yes i did. this clip was incredible to watch. the way erick blends the music he samples and creates like this lush sound is excellent. a prime example of this is his insomina compilation album and redman's muddy waters album.

like i love the way he sampled aaron hall's voice from his own song "welcome" for redman's "funkorama" song
