Either Chip is operating on a level we just don't understand OR he's straight up sabotaging the team. I don't think there is an in between. If they don't somehow get Mariota he's gonna have to hire security to get to McDonalds every morning

this trade was so horrible i dont even want to trade for mariota anymore. it'll cost too much and too much damage has already been done. who the hell is gonna take bradfords contract.

i NEED to hear chips presser on this. there is literally no argument that can be made for trading for an injury prone qb, 12 million more expensive, with about as much success as the qb you just traded, along with trading a 2nd rounder
You won't be able to dump Bradford's contract for anything decent. If that was the plan, they were better off keeping Foles and the '16 2nd to package for a trade up. So it's pretty much a done deal that Bradford is staying in Philly. The kicker is you are paying Sanchez 4.5m a year, which is silly. If you draft Mariota somehow, then your 3rd string QB is making 4.5m a year.
Bradford/Sanchez is your QB combo.....there is no Mariota trade at this point.
I am fascinated. It's like a puzzle. I'm trying to think of all the angles. There's no way a coach is this stupid unless he has handshake deals on top of handshake deals. I feel like we're all missing something. To get Marcus y'all would have to jump at least the Jets and Bears at #6 and #7. That leaves the Oak, Jax, and Washington as trade partners at #3, #4, and #5, but only if they're not vying for someone they need/want with everyone from #8 down to #20 and all 3 of those teams have NEEDS. Chip already gave up this year's 2nd so that's out. It'd also be easier for NY and Chi to switch spots with Oak, Jax, or Was because there's less chance they'll miss someone they're targeting. It basically means that Chip will have to trade up to the low teens THEN trade again to jump into the #3, #4, or #5 spot.......unless he's fairly confident right now that Mariota falls past #7.......and all of this is predicated on Tampa or Tennessee passing on dude.

He's a bargaining chip for Mariota...and if they don't get Mariota they still got a decent qb in Bradford if healthy...decent movehonestly all I can do is laugh at this point....how in the fukk is Sam tissue paper Bradford even an upgrade over Foles. Chip's been GM for one offseason and hes already in WOAT discussion at the spot
