Nah not really, but why make a beat if someone can't rap on it or construct a song?

Whenever I listen to a beat, the 1st thing I envision is how someone would sound rapping over it. I've been voting on every beat that way since the very first Beat Tourney and will continue to do so.

Rapping and producing go hand and hand. They both compliment each other.

I feel as if I could spit to all of the beats that were posted. I'd just have to adjust my flow a bit. The thing is there's only really a handful out of the 15 that I would really wanna go in on. That's the difference between flipping a sample and flipping a sample into a hot song.

Remember this is a hip-hop forum, so if nikkas are posting up beats, (any beats for that matter) they should be able to be rapped over.

I believe everyone that post beats in here should always keep that in mind.

First of all, that's a dope ass song. Second of all, props to all of y'all for dropping heat. Now my top 3 favorites are (with a special shout out to @D1renegade who killed it - just wish you would've used 1 more voice sample from the song):

@Zeu$ - I like the fact that you didn't lose any of the energy from the original song - beat is incredibly powerful.

@KillSpray - shyt is so fukking clean that you can't help but bob to it, and the beat got better as it went on.

@kingdizzy01 - You made two damn beats and the second flip is done so well that it doesn't even sound like it's from the track posted in the OP .

It really is tough deciding between the 3, but I'm a roll with @KillSpray here. If I heard someone bumping this randomly, I wouldn't have hesitated to ask them "What song, or instrumental is that from ?"
