Cable box, laptop, game consoles, Blu Ray player. The point is no good tv only has 2 HDMIs on it. 4-5 is what a manufacturer puts on a good tv. Limited HDMI ports is the first sign they're cutting corners.

This happens with every console these days. Buying a console day one is always a boneheaded move. Time passes and they give away multiple games, gift cards, do TV bundles and all that. Everybody knows the game is played that way. Nobody is scorned about it anymore.

On the receipts it shows 300 for the Xbox and 200 for the TV. So MS is paying 200 bucks to Best Buy or Sammy for clearing the inventory. 50 dollars for the X1 hit isn't bad. But 250 total is a lot.

With a PS3/4 you dont need more than 2 anyway.. 1 for the cable box the other for the SONY device that has apps for everythong else you need plus it plays blus.. then if the TV is smart is also has apps..

Done.. 2 HDMI is all you need
