Privacy screen on the Ultra is legit intriguing. I have one on both my iPhone and iPad. Would love a built in one.

Hope Apple Pay’s homage to this feature :wow:
I have the S25 Ultra and I thought about upgrading but I'm going to pass. I saw MKBHD's review of the S26 Ultra and while that privacy feature does look intriguing, it seems by implementing it, the overall quality of the screen, even when not in privacy mode, is overall worse. That's the tradeoff they had to make so that they could fit in the feature. I would rather the higher quality screen. Outside of the privacy feature I don't really see a difference. They haven't upgraded to silicon-carbon batteries yet, so I'll wait until the S27 drops and the screen with the privacy feature is probably better and hopefully the higher density batteries are in there.

The battery is a non-issue unless you're bothered by daily charging. I worked 13.5 hours and the phone never touched a charger. Got home with over 40% battery left. On my iPhone 15 Pro Max now by the middle of the day it needs to hit a charger. Even in that thing's prime it limped to the finish of a normal 10 hour work day for me.

As long as my phone can easily make it a day that's all I need. I'm not bothered by nightly charging.

I charge every day so it's a concern for me. But that's not the only reason. For the price I'm paying I want the latest and greatest tech in there. Even if just for the principle it.

BRUH.. Your processor :mjcry:

And what's worse, it doesn't help that I'm the type of neurotic person that opens 8 new pages a day and barely close 2. shyt went from displaying the number to just posting a Frowning face in the tabs open display box. :sadcam:
Charging port commited Seppuku a few times and I keep resuscitating it.
I also think I recently burnt out one of the bulbs in the screen, 'cause shyt got this weird brown haze you get off them old CRT tvs when you hook something up to it but don't display.
Green Mile "I'm tired boss" having ass phone.
This year has to be it's farewell tour and hopefully I rip all the usefull information (endless psychotic musings/screenshots/pictures) off it before it eventually calls it on itself.

I been using this as my main phone and I really like it. My iPhone number has mostly been used on my Apple Watch and the bad part there is an LTE normal Apple Watch is not meant to use cellular service all day. It dies by 6-7PM.
