Now that I think about it I think it was around 3pm...
Next week or the following week or next month I can wait for a replacement...I never charge my phone in the car and I never put my phone in my pockets...Sits on a clip on my waist and can easily be dropped...At night I have it charging on a marble top...If it decides to go jihad ill be aight and get a full refund...

I was gonna cop this phone in late December..but I think I'm just gonna buy a S7Edge to replace my beater S5 and wait until the Note 8, fukk all this explosion talk. My S4 damn near sacrificed my ass on Christmas morning. Woke up wanting to know why the fukk I was sweating and smelling burnt timber. Look over to see smoke just dancing next to a breh's pillow where I fell asleep with it charging.
Had I been ten years younger without the means to fix that shyt my mother would have whupped my ass for that shyt.

Had to buy the S7 this week because of it. Didn't want to upgrade either, Note 3 was just fine for my needs. I saw the Note 7 news and I was like fukk that.
Thought about the OP3 but I got my S7 on ebay for the same price, looks new too.
I wish the government would have left things alone. Samsung said everyone could swap starting next week and it was fine with me. Sometimes government oversight is needed but this wasn't one of those cases. they're just messing up the situation for everyone involved.They're actually telling us to power down?

ok if this is the case I'm officially pissed off... my preference is to just swap my note for a new note . ..if pressed, I'd get a s7 edge as a loaner . ..but this latest update fukks me...either I exchange for a phone I don't want, and I'm stuck with it. ..or I get a full refund , but I'm stuck with no phone until the new ones come in? wtf

No signal issues
No issues changing after being in water
No cracked face or rear panel
for people who this was their only phone that fukks them over. basically they need a phone and there's an unspecified wait for this to be resolved. obviously that makes them much more inclined to keep this one which is why like I said the government just messed this situation all up with their involvement. If they wanted to get these defective phones out of people's hands they should have let Samsung handle it.
