Sure it was a hassle and I'm stuck with this S7 until the S8 comes out but it was worth it.

I will reluctantly turn it in, but I'm making them make my upgrade available again to get the Note 8 or whatever top phone comes out. I'm probably going S7, but that's a significant downgrade . I didn't resign for 2 years and give up my upgrade for this

My homegirl works for Verizon & she said they will soon be releasing a set date that they all have to be turned in by & corporate basically said if customers don't like it kick rocks.

Hoping they aren't smart enough to fire back with the "non-manufacturing seller" defense If nothing else, I've been with them since 2001...hoping for some goodwill :smugboris:
