I got fed up and copped this battery off Amazon for $30...
I dont even have to bring my charger to work anymore and be having about 30% left when I get home.. And im on my phone(S3) constantly the whole 8 hrs

Naw breh, the battery on my Note 3 just gets better with age. I dont even bother to plug it up at night sometimes.

The phone is barely 3 months old breh
Like I said for the first 6 months or so I was charging my Note 2 every 2 days.I would take my phone off the charger a 7 am and still would have 50-60% when I went to bed at night
I got my OG battery in right now and I got 22% left(took phone off the charger at 7 am) and it's only 1:40 pm
And this battery is 14 months old
My 2nd battery that's about 7 months old lasts a little over a day

My S4 battery is still a tank and I had this phone a week before ATT launch...
I get about 3 hours worth of browsing a day on a single overnight charge...
I should note that my phone is rooted and running a 4.4.2 ROM which is smooth as fukk...

I see what you're saying.. I had the Note 2 and noticed the same thing.Whenever I would do a factory reset, the same battery would be good as new. For me, it wasn't the battery it was all the accumulated apps and junk files running down the battery. I learned to go through and disable/uninstall/turn off everything I don't use. And once I did that and figured out how apps like Clean Master (Free) and Ram Booster worked, my phone and my tablet have been working like they brand new. But it might be different for you though.
my battery sucks also. been thinking of getting a new one. check the screen brightness if you haven't. biggest drain of battery of everything else combined.
