I'm 100% sure Season 5 will drop on Blu Ray at some point before the end of the year. It was too big of a production not too.

As far as the full series, who knows, although I think the first four seasons are at least out on DVD ().

I have the first 4 seasons on dvd, and I didn't love season 5. But having the first 4 seasons on blue ray got me thinking.
