Love SA. Love Austin. Love the I-35 corridor. Love Texas in general. I was in Austin last week. Fell in love with Texas all over again. I love the "Western vibes" Austin, SA, and the 35 corridor feel like. But at the same time, if you want a traditionally Southern climate and atmosphere with Black ppl and HBCU's, and trees, then East Texas and Houston is a short drive away and provides all of that. Texas is the best of both worlds.
Austin aite, but I need that Black Southern vibe that Houston and Dallas provide. San Antonio...cool...but again I need to be around a few more black folks.
You need to spend more time in humboldt Park, little village, Pilsen

Lots of box built Mexicans. And a good potion of the Mexicans are racist.
If you getting busy out here strap up. They’re very pro life. You’ll see 19 year olds with 2 kids, single mother

nah , been there once. was thinking about living there when i had a contract offer. i only been to Houston once, Dallas a few times, Austin once ... so take my experience with a grain of salt.

Do you know what side of town the job is located? You can find some nice spots in the 1604&bulverde area. Not too far from UTSA, La cantera and stone oak area. Black men get treated like kings here fam. You will eat real good.
Exactly, any given weekend there’s numerous black events I can go to in Houston or DFW, or even just places with the grown black crowd. In San Antonio there’s None!
