Its weird seeing all that out in the open like this. I grew up around all this in the 90s but never participated. He got a bit of it wrong, including how he pronounced Jamacha lmao. I'm assuming that's why homie was trippin on in the video. He was sayin houses costs half a million dollars and people were acting a fool, but property values were much lower back then (and still are relative to the rest of the city). Just because a nikka waters his lawn doesn't mean hes not active. Must be a Cali thing.
I kept my scary ass in the house. Hated going to Meadowbrook, 45 Park, Lincoln park or any of that shyt. Emerald Hills park was pretty low key though (at least as a kid). I just walked my ass to school and straight back. Spent all my spare time on the computer and learned them 1s and 0s instead of who beefin with who. I personally knew four people that I grew up with who were killed in the streets. This nerd shyt probably saved my life.
